Purchasers who wish to cancel their purchase of units in Symphony Park @Cyberjaya, please complete the form below and STRICTLY adhere to the procedural and documentation requirements appended below.

  1. Complete, date and sign the Cancellation Form below.
  2. Make photocopy of your NRIC.
  3. Submit all of the above documents together with your ORIGINAL BOOKING RECEIPT(S), and/or your copy of the STAMPED SPA, CPA & DMC to our office.
  4. If you have lost your ORIGINAL RECEIPT(S) or STAMPED SPA, CPA & DMC please make a police report at the nearest police station and submit the ORIGINAL POLICE REPORT as well.
  5. ALL COSTS INCLUDING LEGAL FEES (if applicable) WILL BE BORNE BY YOU.

Once we’ve received all of the above, we will then give you an acknowledgment and process your refund. Meanwhile we will put your unit up for sale in the open market.
